Anika Time Travels
I am tired for a good reason. I woke up before sunrise to bring Anika to her school trip. She is going the coast for living history with her class. I dropped her off as the sun tinged the horizon pale blue. She eagerly joined her friends.
I couldn't go even if I wanted to join the adventure. They could only bring a few parents and I knew I wouldn't be much help. Chalk up another missed opportunity thanks to CMT. I constantly juggle the guilt. Over the weekend, they asked us families to cook for the class. Again, I couldn't take on the challenge.

Oh, well. That's what builds a strong community. We contribute our strengths. We support in challenges. Teamwork :).
I know she is having a fantastic time. I just wish that I could be there...
Speaking of children, Ian went to play at the neighbor's house. I better get him home for bedtime :)
