Zombies at Halloween

Last year, Anika and Jessica became zombies to help with Halloween celebrations in Nevada City. They created the outfits by scouting thrift stores in the weeks before Halloween. Then they distressed the fabric and added red paint to look scruffy and wounded.

On the night of Halloween, they created makeup effects including gnarly scrapes on their faces. After teasing their hair and adding a few loose sticks, the transformation was complete. They volunteered at a local haunted house in the garden, among the gravestones of course.

What nightmares will come to life this year?

Would zombies post to Snapchat? Or TikTok?

Looking forward to more Halloween fun! 👻🎃🧟‍♀️
