Underwater Fun (and Blues)

Oh, summer! Sunshine and water and underwater photos. I wait all year for underwater photography. The first few weeks, I took hundreds (okay, maybe a thousand) underwater images. I won't share them all. But we were having a blast. Underwater dancing, underwater karate, and, of course, mermaids.

Then my underwater camera, an Olympus Tough TG-3, cracked the little door that covers cable plugs without me noticing. Water leaked into the camera. When I opened the door, the door broke in two pieces. No, no, no!

Luckily, the people over at Olympus are awesome. The camera is still under warranty. It's now in transit for repairs. And I wait for my chance to photograph more mermaids and underwater ninjas (photos of that to share soon!).

I do have those thousand images to sort through and post while I wait :)
