Cold Data Day 2

Temperature: 36.7° Cold.  I did a little research that when muscle mass decreases, blood circulation is affected, which leads to a host of other challenges.  That's why the nuerologist was so concerned about my cold feet.  It is nice to have a story to explain my winter spike in symptoms.  Still, I'm curious as to how I can adapt and thrive year-round.

Stiff and sore today, especially in my back.  Time to get under the heat-blanket and warm up :)
