Here is the first kitty!  We've made four more!  Pictures are coming soon.  The girls made the template for Kitties, which we traced onto fabric, sewed, trimmed, and stuffed.  The eyes were scored at the local craft shop (Ben Franklin for Nevada City folks).  The fabric is cloudy-soft and cozy.  The girls are busy building houses for their new families.
